Once you submitted the form, you will receive an email stating that we have recieved your request. Withing the next 24 hours we will update you reservation page with an estimate and availability and change the status of your move to ("Not Confirmed By Customer") or ("Day N/A, Sorry We Booked Up"). You may check the status of you reservation at any time using your confirmation number at the top right corner on our website. If you decide to proceed and confirm you request you must send us an e-mail with your confirmation number. After that make sure that the status of your move has been changed to ("Confirmed and Scheduled").
