Exceptional; we had to reschedule three times because our condo was undergoing various renovations. They were very flexible and coperative. Then the actual day came and Max and his crew were super wrappind, loading, unloading and placing every piece exactly where we wanted. We could not have been more pleased!

Raimond Movers moved us from Rhode Island to North Carolina in January. They packed one day, loaded the next and arrived 2 days later. All was done incredibly professionally. Raimond's saved the day for us! The office staff was responsive, communicative, and quick moving. They stretched to be able to help out in our nightmare situation - the movers we had booked never showed up. They had 1.5 hours available and squeezed us in, with 3 people moving all of our stuff from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor on a steamy hot August day. They had the professional equipment and expertise to move far more than we would have been able to, safely, and with everything in good shape. The staff of Raimond's Movers worked very hard and made an otherwise very difficult situation work out okay!

From start to finish, Raimond's Movers did a fantastic job! Personalized service, they accommodated all my needs including picking up my stuff from storage in Boston and moving everything to Florida. They came at 830 am on the move day, just as they said they would, and were done within about four hours. The truck was able to fit through the gate (it wasn't an over-sized 18-wheeler). The two gentlemen were geared-to-go and treated my stuff with care and moved everything without a scratch (to my stuff or to the premises). Everything was boxed, padded, and wrapped perfectly, and they assembled the bed frames.

My only minor ding is that I had to call the office a few times to get in touch with them, but it is a busy time of the year and they got back to me within a few days. Raimond's doesn't use non-company contractors, which is good.

Note that if you change the move date, you may have to forfeit and repay the down payment to the movers. This almost happened to me as it seemed that at the 11th hour my Closing would be delayed, but ultimately it wasn't. You may want to provide some wiggle room between your Closing and move dates, which I neglected to do.

Just a warning to folks (not related at all to Raimond's) - make sure you will be able to wire your funds from your bank on the Closing date. Most banks will not wire funds from a personal account over the phone as a security precaution, so if your bank has no branches at your new location, you will not be able to execute the transfer, unless you set it up well in advance.

this was my first time using movers and it couldn't have gone better!! the guys showed up right on time and were so friendly. they worked quick and efficient yet really careful with my belongings. i moved from a shared apartment into a studio 15 min down the road and it took us 2.5 hours! so quick! they had everything down to door stoppers, wrapped my dresser with the protective blanket and sealed it shut and had dollies. i was mentally ready for them to disassemble/reassemble my furniture and for it to take forever, but they didn't need to! they were able to maneuver everything in/out easily! so grateful for this amazing experience! made moving alone for the first time really smooth!

I've moved 8x in the last nine years, and Raimond's movers are probably the best ones I have encountered. By the dollar value of the move and service, this company is second to none.

I was in a pinch and needed a mover fast to move from the northeast to the southeast, and I was lucky to reach them on a Monday morning. By noon they had provided me with a very competitive quote and offered to pack and move the next day, coinciding with my needs.

Alex and the team arrived the next day and, in 6-7 hours, had my house packed in boxes and in the truck. They departed that evening, and four days later, I had everything where I needed it. It was amazing to have such a fine-tuned team work so well.

- They arrived one time, both for pick-up and delivery.

- They packed everything great; I have yet to find anything missing or broken.

- They unloaded and placed everything where we needed it and did it incredibly fast.

- It was their truck, and I didn't have to deal with them trying to change the deal when they were loading or unloading.

- They accepted credit cards (plus the processing fee, which is acceptable).

- Their pricing is competitive - much better than the more prominent names.

- They neither damaged anything on their way out of my old place nor anything on the way into the new site.

We moved a two bedroom+study condo to a local storage facility on October 31, 2023. The final price was at the low end of their quote. I really liked the ability to declare all my furniture and to receive an accurate estimate. The three men were friendly, fast and efficient. The lead gave us good advice regarding rental and use of blankets, how items would be wrapped for the move and which insurance was best. They were exceptionally quiet and fast wrapping everything and getting it out to the truck. Not one mark on the walls! I'll be using this company again when I move out of the storage unit.

These guys were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful to us. I had to go to the hospital before they showed up and when I got to my new place, my wife and daughter had loaded our cars with a bunch of little boxes. The movers helped us take those boxes up too.

They never complained once and had this amazing positive attitude throughout the entire move.
